Servicing or Replacing To increase our responsiveness and minimize your plant/process downtime, LACROIX SOFREL has established quick procedures for repairing or replacing your damaged equipment shortly: any electronic module returned by the customer is appraised on the day following its reception, and repaired or replaced, as required. In the latter case, you can even get a substitute module the day after your phone call.
On-site Support Start-up assistance, repairing, expert appraisal, … all these services are facilitated by LACROIX SOFREL's local Tech Support Centers. This ongoing support provides two user benefits: it assists you efficiently at your facility and improves your operators' skills to handle these tasks.
Custom Training LACROIX SOFREL holds over forty-five 1-to-5-day technical seminars annually on all our products (RTUs, master stations, front ends, etc.), where you want them -at your site or at our regional office.
