  • Training

Faced with constantly changing telemetry and SCADA techniques and with the diversity of applications, both efficient and simple to use products are required.

Thus, to accompany these changes, LACROIX Sofrel has, for several years, offered training adapted to each of its products.

These training courses are intended to rationalize the use of SOFREL products. Perfectly suited to users' need for autonomy and efficiency, the courses converge towards the optimized commissioning of devices, along with better operation of facilities

LACROIX Sofrel has long been recognized for the quality of its training courses and for the expertise of its instructors. Finally, as a certified training center, LACROIX Sofrel dispenses training that enters into the context of vocational training.

  • Commissioning assistance

We do all that is possible to ensure that you are able to commission the telemetry and SCADA devices yourself: user-friendly software, very detailed user manuals and training courses.

Should you require, however, we can assist you in configuring your telemetry and SCADA network. A technician will help you to configure the inputs/outputs of a Remote Terminal Unit, alarms, process controls, etc., and in the case of a SCADA Central Station, he will help you define mimic diagrams, curves, tables, etc.

The purpose of this service is to provide you with the "keys" and methods that you need to configure the rest of your facilities alone, thus becoming completely autonomous.

  • Hotline

A hotline, comprised of some ten individuals, is available to respond to any incidents or questions concerning your products.

Our technicians can also log onto your facility to run remote diagnostics.


Virtually all problems submitted to the hotline are thus solved directly and rapidly by phone: more than 80% are resolved on the day the call is made.

  • After-Sales Service

In the event of failure of one of your products, you can return it to our After-Sales Service, where it will be analyzed.

Depending on the type of problem observed, it will be repaired or exchanged within 48 working hours from receipt.

An "advance" standard exchange procedure may also be proposed in order to minimize unavailability.
